Please see below Hurricane Ida updates from Yellow:

Ida made landfall at 11:55am CST today as a Category 4 hurricane. Hurricane Ida had sustained Cat 4 winds for several hours and has caused widespread power outages throughout southeast Louisiana. New Orleans has over 500K customers without power at this time. Baton Rouge is also experiencing widespread power outages this evening. We won’t be able to assess the overall impact of the hurricane until sometime tomorrow due to roads being flooded and major damage to trees, power lines, and rooftops. The hurricane was downgraded to a Category 3 approximately an hour ago but tropical storm winds and flash flooding warning remain in effect for several of our facilities in the path of this storm. We anticipate high call offs and customer closings in the locations listed below.

Below is current plan for operations:

471 New Orleans: Act of God invoked with no operations.

472 Baton Rouge: Act of God invoked with no operations.

429 Mobile: Limited operations with no service to the western portion of footprint.

404 Alexandria: Limited operations – will assess tomorrow morning.

480 Monroe: Limited operations – will assess tomorrow morning.

455 Jackson, MS: Limited operations – will not run southern portion of footprint.

462 Tupelo, MS: Fully operational at this time but will assess tomorrow morning.

I want to thank everyone for their patience while we navigate operations through this storm. I will make sure I send updates as I receive them thank you.
