Hurricane Ida 

Flooding, road closures and widespread power outages resulting from Hurricane Ida are impacting operations.

The following locations are closed; freight destined for these locations will not be picked up until conditions clear: 

  • Louisiana – New Orleans, Baton Rouge

Freight that was in-transit to these locations will be held at its current location until freight flow is resumed. We are working hard to resume pickup and delivery service after the Labor Day holiday.

The Northeast his also experiencing severe flooding due to the remnants of Ida.

The following location is closed; pickup and delivery service is not available until conditions clear: 

  • New York – Elmsford

The following locations are open and offering limited pickup and delivery service as conditions allow:

  • Louisiana – Lafayette
  • New Jersey – Carlstadt, East Brunswick, Vineland, Newark, Trenton
  • New York – Long Island
  • Pennsylvania – Milton, Philadelphia, West Chester

Freight originating in, destined for or traveling through the entire area will experience a delay. As soon as conditions clear and are safe, we will resume operations. Check back here for updates throughout the week.

Labor Day Holiday hours 

We will be closed on Monday, September 6 for the Labor Day holiday.

  • There will be no pickup and delivery service on Monday, September 6 in the US, Canada and Puerto Rico
  • Normal operations will resume on Tuesday, September 7
