Beginning August 16, 2021, the following changes have been implemented:
Destination accessorial charges will be billed to the debtor.
XPO will bill the debtor for destination accessorials, including, but not limited to:
- Storage fees
- Destination liftgate
- Destination residential delivery
- Destination appointment
This change in process ensures consistency in billing procedures, prompt payment remittance and increased customer satisfaction
