Good morning!
We will see an unsettling round of heat/weather push across much of the MIDW system today. The weather impacts for today will hit us with some rains, T-storms (some severe), smoke, haze, and a few hot and humid spots exceeding 100. Some of those conditions may cause minor delays for Thursday Pickup & Delivery operations and Thursday night into Friday morning LH inbounds, but we are not expecting any major delays due to today’s forecasted weather. More updates on any additional weather woes will be sent out as needed. There were a few delays reported this am due to HOS and weather, and SEFL is continuing their imposed embargo on shipments originating in their system destined for our NE terminal(s) (see above and below).
