Below is a weather update from Midwest Motor Express:

Good morning

We are seeing most of the weather warnings drop off, but there will still be plenty of hot and unsettled conditions moving around the MIDW system today.  The weather impacts will be light rains, T-storms, and more hot and swampy temps (hydrate).  Some of those conditions may cause minor delays for Wednesday Tuesday Pickup & Delivery operations and Wednesday night into Thursday morning LH inbounds, but we are not expecting any major delays due to today’s forecasted weather.  More updates on any additional weather woes will be sent out as needed. We also had a few delays today due to breakdowns, origin delayed departs, SEFL continuing their imposed embargo on shipments originating in their system destined for our ND/SD/NE terminals (see below).  See weather and delay details below.

Please note the MME (OMA)and continued SEFL embargo info below and we have reopened all terminals inbound into OMA  (except inbound 3PL transactional business to OMA).  The only portion of the inbound embargo that we are not lifting is the inbound transactional 3PL business.  We will continue to review the operation in OMA and make a determination on the transactional business in the near future.

We are good to pick up and move PFF shipments today.
