Below is a weather update from Midwest Motor Express:

Good morning

Happy Monday! We will see some unsettled weather move around the MIDW system today due to the heat and humidity.  The expected weather impacts will be rains, T-storms, and plenty more heat/humidity (hydrate).  Some of those conditions may cause minor delays for Monday PUD operations and Monday night into Tuesday morning LH inbounds, but we are not expecting any major delays due to today’s forecasted weather.   More updates on any additional weather woes will be sent out as needed. Our delay updates for today were light, but include the internal OMA embargo being lifted, and SEFL continuing their imposed embargo on shipments originating in their system destined for our ND/SD/NE terminals (see below).   See weather and delay details below.

Effective Monday, June 7th, we will be lifting the inbound embargo from every terminal into OMA (except inbound 3PL transactional business to OMA)The only portion of the inbound embargo that we are not lifting is the inbound transactional 3PL business.  We will continue to review the operation in OMA and make a determination on the transactional business in the near future.

We are good to pick up and move PFF shipments today.
