There is a historical winter storm that will severely impact portions of WY/CO this weekend. The timing for this system should leave us being able to get all of our trucks in and out of those areas before the real gnarly stuff sets in late Saturday morning. The impacts we can expect across our system today/tonight should be light snow/wintery mixes, rain/freezing rain, and some patchy fog. Some of the conditions may cause delays for Friday afternoon Pickup & Delivery returns and Saturday morning inbounds, but we are not expecting any major delays due to today’s weather. More updates on any additional winter woes will be sent out as needed. There were also a few delays reported this morning due to winter weather, origin delayed departs, and some contract driver issues last night. See weather and delay details below.
