Good morning
There will be continued widespread snow accumulations, and arctic air (dangerous wind chill watches/warnings) moving across much of the MIDW system today. The good news is we should see some of the temps start warming up as we head towards the end of the week. Some of the conditions may cause minor delays for some Wednesday afternoon Pickup & Delivery returns and Thursday morning inbounds, but we are not anticipating any new delays because of today’s weather. We did encounter a few residual weather delays and a mechanical delay across our system this morning, and SLC will see some weather related peddle delays today as well. More updates on any additional winter woes will be sent out as needed. Please see weather and delay details below.
We will NOT be picking up or moving any PFF shipments today or tonight due to the widespread arctic blast moving around the MIDW system.
