Winter weather will delay service in and around portions of East Central South Dakota, Northwest and West Central Iowa and Southwest Minnesota.

The Jackson, Minnesota and Council Bluffs, Iowa terminals will be closed 01/15/2021

All other areas will be serviced but delays can be expected.
