Forward Air – Freight Handling change Effective August 1st, 2021

As we continue to work on increasing our efficiencies in handling freight, Forward is making some changes to what freight we will accept come August 1^st.  Below is the official explanation, but the long and short of it is that we will not accept floor loaded freight or anything longer than 8 feet in any direction.  While the 8 feet is in any direction, please do keep in mind that the max height we can handle with our straight trucks is 88 inches tall.
