Please see below message from Estes regarding delays in service due to the current storms:
Due to the snowstorm hitting parts of the mid-south and Northeast region we will be changing tonight’s operations as follows:
- We will put a travel ban in effect at 1600 until further notice for the following states: ME, NH, VT, MA, NY, CT, RI, NJ, PA, MD and western VA I-81 corridor
- The following hubs will be closed tonight: Chicopee, Pinebrook, Wilmington, Pittsburgh, Richmond, Pulaski, Williamsport
- In effect we will not run any trucks into or out of the Northeast tonight
- Several states have already or are closed to enacting travel restrictions on interstates in the northeast
The Winter storm is now covering most all of PA and will continue to strengthen this evening with snow fall amount up to 2 feet in some areas. As of now, all terminals are still open and operating the best they can as the weather conditions deteriorate. As we have further updates we will advise.
