Below is a message from AAA Cooper regarding weather related closures:

Except for the operations, centers and Dedicated operations outlined below, AAA Cooper sites, centers, and support functions are operational.

  • Mobile AL:  Closed
  • Pensacola FL:  Closed
  • Dothan AL Center:  Pulling drivers in and closing.
  • Dothan GO:  As of noon central will be limited to essential safety and operations functions
    • Central Customer Care:
      • All remote CSR associates will be redirected to direct customer service – customer care phone, email and chat support.
  • Montgomery AL:  Limited operations – will not operate pickup or delivery operations south of Montgomery proper.
  • Dedicated services, in conjunction with the sites, are adjusting departure times and route operations based on the weather conditions and aftermath.
  • Linehaul along the Interstate 10 corridor along the Gulf Coast is impacted and will be delayed due to the storm.
