Effective December 13, 2022, through January 2, 2023, the FedEx Money-Back Guarantee will be temporarily suspended for FedEx Express services for US Domestic & US Export shipments:
- FedEx First Overnight
- FedEx Priority Overnight
- FedEx Standard Overnight
- FedEx First Overnight Extra Hours
- FedEx Priority Overnight Extra Hours
- FedEx Standard Overnight Extra Hours
- FedEx International First
- FedEx International Priority
- FedEx International Priority Express
- FedEx International Priority Freight
The FedEx Money-Back Guarantee for all other FedEx Express, FedEx Ground and FedEx Freight services remains suspended.
