The Denver/Commerce City (agent) terminals are falling behind due to the Inbound workload and hiring/staffing issues. Per instructions from Sr. management we have embargoed Inbound to these terminals in SMC3’s CarrierConnect tool temporarily. That embargo is effective in CarrierConnect now. Please make sure your people understand that this is hopefully a sort term embargo and we hope to correct this situation as quickly as possible.
