We have removed the embargo for Jackson, MS (JCK). The following service centers below are still embargoed and attached is an updated spreadsheet with our embargoed zip codes.
- New Orleans, LA (NRL) – currently closed
- Baton Rouge, LA (BTR) – limited operations
As an update, there is widespread water and power outages across Southeast Louisiana, impacting 100% of the territory we serve out of New Orleans. Several roads and bridges remain closed and some major highways are only open to first responders. At this time it’s unclear how long the recovery will take and we will continue to provide updates as we closely monitor the recovery efforts.
