YRC: Starting 8-10-20 12ft and over will not be picked up in YRC network

Starting 8/1o/2020, YRC will not be picking up freight 12ft and over. This change is temporary and will only affect the YRC network, not the regionals. We will post an update when we know an end date for this change.
