In 2019, Target Freight Management (TFM) acquired National Traffic Service (NTS), a freight audit and payment service that had operated throughout North America since 1956. Since acquisition, TFM has worked with the NTS team to ensure that their services are fully integrated into TFM’s technology systems.

With this integration now complete, the NTS brand is being retired. Going forward, the same reliable and efficient freight auditing and payment processing services that existing NTS customers have depended on since 1956 will now continue to be provided under the TFM name, while also being fully supported by TFM’s world class IT and customer service.

TFM President and CEO Mike Wagner would like to extend a warm welcome to all former NTS customers who will now be able to experience the full TFM difference firsthand.

FAQs ABOUT THE TRANSITION

Yes, all services previously offered by NTS will continue to be offered by TFM. There will be no discontinuation of service for any NTS customers who continue working with TFM.
No, all existing NTS customers will continue to be served by TFM without interruption of service. If you do encounter any problems or questions regarding your service, please contact TFM’s customer service team.
For now, NTS customers will continue using their existing NTS credentials to access our services. In the future, the NTS and TFM customer databases will be merged, at which time the old NTS logins will be discontinued and NTS customers will receive new login credentials to access the TFM Client portal. At that time, TFM’s IT department will work with NTS customers to help ensure a smooth transition of their accounting records from NTS to TFM.
No, current TFM customers will see no change to their customer experience. However, all TFM customers will now have the option of enrolling in our freight auditing and payment processing services, which will be available through our existing systems.
