A significant winter storm is expected to develop over the Northern Plains this weekend before spreading into the Upper Midwest. Moderate to heavy snow/freezing rain is also likely in the Northeast. Widespread showers and thunderstorms will be possible from the Deep South through the Mid-Atlantic.
Milwaukee: Received 5-7 inches of heavy snow and it is still snowing, expressways and side roads are snow covered and icy. We are currently running at 50% and have called all residential appointments and rescheduled for next week. Pick-ups are being called if we cannot accommodate because of the weather and rescheduled for Monday.
