Please see below from ODFL about PFF service:
OD 100, item 810 — PROTECT FROM FREEZING (PFF) — will be activated on Sunday, October 15th.
Effective Sunday, October 15th —- OD will resume applying the “PROTECT FROM FREEZING” fee when applicable.
The fee will apply on shipments from October 15th, 2023 thru April 14th, 2024 (unless otherwise advised) when service required.
