Below is a message from Forward Air regarding service. All affected points will be blocked in TFM’s TMS.
Outbound LAX is still behind as well as Chicago.
Continuing today and perhaps beyond, LAX will continue with Fridays rule of no pick unless the order stays within the Western region of Washington, California, Arizona, Nevada, Oregon and now Texas.
Chicago will not be handling pick-ups today at all.
API and EDI are accounting for these interruptions so you should see error messages in case you try booking an order that we currently have turned off.
As I get further information I will pass along as quickly as I can.
