Hey All, just a quick note before the Holiday weekend:

• Update on terminals currently having excessive volumes and backups:
  • Miami, FL
  • St Louis, MO
  • Dallas, TX
  • Ft Worth, TX
  • Memphis, TN
  • Nashville, TN
  • Sacramento, CA
  • Chicago, IL
  • Portland, OR
• Our business levels continue to be excessively heavy across the system, and we are now projecting continued increases in the 1^st half of 2022.
• Along with the excessive volumes, costs are continuing to increase with overtime, new hiring bonuses/salaries, trailer costs.  As we look to expand our trailer pool, we are continuing to buy trailers as we can, but are being delayed into 2022.  The trailers we bought in 2021 for $30k will now cost $50k in 2022.
• Good news: our company COVID level has dropped below 50!
