The Following Message is Being Communicated by Central Freight:
During the past weeks, we have been learning about the coronavirus (COVID-19) and how it is impacting our daily lifestyle which includes our work environment.
We are monitoring the evolving situation with regards to COVID-19 and have implemented several ongoing precautionary measures to continue our core business of delivering freight. Our employees are receiving ongoing information and enhance operating protocols.
We are focusing on all interactions and deliveries to make this a low exposure event. A low exposure event is defined as limited contact during “in and out” at a customer delivery with a customer employee while practicing social distancing during an encounter between customers or vendors. Currently, CFL LTL is suspending all travel by mass or public transit until further notice. Additionally, sales activity as a face to face process is suspended until further notice. Meetings can be held via phone or video to discuss any business.
At this time, CFL LTL continues to follow all government and CDC recommended guidelines and will communicate any further operational changes. Based on the guidance of health agencies and our own preparedness, we are confident that we can continue to meet our commitment to you. Thank you for your business as we navigate this uncharted territory.
