Please see below from ABF regarding an update to their excessive length charges:

I received a notice from our pricing department. As we continue to navigate increasing customer demand in a solid pricing environment, we are initiating the following pricing actions for asset-based LTL Services effect 09/08/2021.
All non-deferred/non-standard Over-Dimension Charges (OD) will be increased as follows.
The standard Over-Dimension Charge (OD) contained in ABF Rules Item 670: Change to the following.
- Modified flat OD charges increase by $50 per shipment
- Waived – Remove OD waiver and move to $50 per shipment.
For Non-deferred accounts that are producing low revenue or poor operating ratios they will be under review and accessorials will return to Standard ABF rules rates.
