Target Freight Management provides Quotes to our customers and clients. Due to the nature of this industry, all Quotes are subject to change when the Carrier Invoices a Shipment or Load. Factors contributing to changes include, but are not limited to:

  • Inaccuracies in reported Weight and Dimensions
  • Inaccuracies in reported Freight Class
  • High Cost Delivery Regions
  • Additional Charges (such as Detention of Driver) described in individual Carrier Rules tariffs

Refund Policy

Target Freight Management will provide a refund for charges paid on a shipment once the dispute process with the individual carrier has been completed successfully in the customer’s favor. The total amount refunded will not exceed the greater of the total amount paid or the total amount refunded to TFM by the carrier. Customers should notify TFM of any Carrier Disputes immediately, in most cases we will work directly with the carriers on the Customer’s behalf to resolve disputes in a fair and timely fashion.
